PwC LAUNCHES GOODWILL POLICYFurther to the suspension of pre-existing vehicle warranties and guarantees, the administrators are pleased to confirm that they have launched a Goodwill Policy to provide drivers with a level of confidence for the immediate future.

This interim provision offers vehicle cover for a range of manufacturing defects.  It will not cover cosmetic or aesthetic repairs.
The Goodwill Policy is only applicable to vehicles within 3 years of, or 100,000 miles from, the date of first registration in the name of the first third party owner (it does therefore cover demonstrator vehicles originally registered to LTI Limited).
The vehicle must have been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule by a London Taxi Company Approved Service Dealer.
All repairs covered by the Goodwill Policy must be by prior authorisation only.
